I began working with Fran in October 2019. I’m 31, and my whole adult life I have yo-yo’d in weight. Since working with Fran, she has taught me consistency isn’t about making sure you do so many workouts a week, never eat chocolate, or restricting your calories so much that one day you crack and binge. Consistency is about finding something that will work for you, for life. This is now my lifestyle, not a diet or workout plan.

I’ve been to several of Fran’s online classes and have found them super effective. Not only are they great training with a variety of different things to try, but Fran has a way of making you feel welcome and included in an online class which is really something special! I have discovered so many new exercises that I have never tried before and love!
